GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
The Office Assistant primarily provides support to the front office which includes maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking up and delivering items; serving customers. The Utility Clerk primarily is to receive water payments, prepare utility bills, answer water billing questions and provide customer service.
