This preliminary draft is intended to share specific details of the Architectural Design Guidelines project with community stakeholders in order to generate additional feedback before a final draft is submitted to the Town for official review. As such, the draft represents multiple directions and ideas to integrate preservation of historic structures, to work on existing non-historic structures, and to guide new development on Historic East Main Street. Residents, Property Owners, and Business Owners are highly encouraged to share their feedback, questions, comments, and concerns about this project.
