The Town of Buena Vista Finance Department is hiring for the following position: 

  • Part-time/year-round Finance Clerk (25-30 hours per week)
    • Job Summary: The Town of Buena Vista is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and well-organized person to serve as the Finance Clerk. Responsibilities include accounts payable, credit card reconciliation, fixed asset management, and preparation of supporting schedules needed for various accounting and finance activities. The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience maintaining computerized accounting records. Experience with accounts payable and payroll desired.
    • Wage Range: $17.38 - $26.34 per hour

    • Job Summary: Provides technical expertise, plan and development review, and general input into the Town’s current planning and development functions.   • Youth Baseball/Girls Softball Practice Facilitator 
    • Job Summary: Under the direction of a Recreation Program Coordinator, the Youth Baseball and Girls Softball Practice Facilitator will lead the practices for our 8U, 10U and 12U Youth Baseball teams, as well as our 10U and 14U/18U Youth Softball teams.

    • Job Summary: Under the direction of a Recreation Program Coordinator, Softball Umpires will officiate and facilitate softball games for the Girls, Coed and Men’s Softball Leagues.
