Welcome to the Town of Buena Vista's Community Center. This page is to provide information to the public concerning our fee schedule for the Aspen and/or Pinon rooms, and some guidelines pertaining of the use and care of our facility.

FEE SCHEDULE:

Aspen Room - with kitchen facilities:

This room is not carpeted and is suitable for serving meals and refreshments. Stove and dishwasher facilities are available. Serving utensils, dishes and cups, and some cookware is provided. The Aspen Room seats approximately 125; twelve eight-foot long tables and 137 folding chairs are available for your use.

Pinon Room - large carpeted room:

This large spacious room is carpeted and not suitable for serving meals, although limited refreshments can be served. the Pinon Room has a load occupancy of 276; padded chairs and twelve eight-foot long tables are available for your use.

$25/hour (less than 4 hours)

The Pinon Room will not be used for serving meals on a regular basis. Special arrangements cab be made to serve a meal in the Pinon Room: however, two weeks notice will be required.

DATE AND TIME SCHEDULES:

A calendar is maintained at the Buena Vista Town Hall for reservations and scheduling of the Aspen and Pinon Rooms. Scheduling is done on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations must be made at least ninety-six (96) hours in advance. Required deposits are listed herein must be made within twenty-four (24) hours in advance of requested use.
