The Town of Buena Vista is accepting proposals from qualified individuals to provide Municipal Court Judge services to the Town. To qualify, an applicant should have a demonstrated capability to carry out municipal court judge services in a comprehensive, timely, and efficient manner, along with significant experience in matters addressed by municipal courts. The Town is a statutory municipality and our municipal court is a court of record.
