The Town of Buena Vista is seeking the services of a municipal prosecutor. Duties include attending court (one day per month), and corresponding with the judge, court staff, police officers, and defendants as needed. This will be an independent contractor relationship, with specific duties and compensation to be negotiated with the selected attorney. Qualifications must include admission to practice law in Colorado and at least three years of prior municipal court or criminal law experience.
