In this class, we will practice Karate Jutsu, which includes both striking and grappling, and is derived mostly from Kyokushin Karate & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We will practice Kihon (basics) Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring). Strength, conditioning, and overall fitness are other significant aspects of this class. In addition to learning how to effectively defend yourself, you will become much stronger both physically and mentally. This is a very intensive class.
