The Airport Advisory Board consists of seven members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Trustees. The Airport Board serves as a liaison between the Town and the FAA on all matters pertaining to the operation of the Central Colorado Regional Airport and makes recommendations regarding airport operations and facilities to the Board of Trustees. The Board meets at 8:30am on the third Tuesday of each month in the Airport conference room.
The Board shall have the following duties and responsibilities:
(1) To review policy matters relevant to Airport operations and development of facilities at the Central Colorado Regional Airport and to make recommendations thereon to the Board of Trustees.
(2) To serve as an ambassador for the Airport with particular attention to promoting its role as an integral part of economic development activities in the community.
(3) To perform such other functions and duties as assigned by the Board of Trustees.
